Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Last updated: 10/4/2025
1. Scope and Services
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to the agency agreement between the traveler and "ALADIN" Reisebüro GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Fly2Syria”). Fly2Syria mediates contracts for individual travel services (in particular flights) between the traveler and the respective service provider (e.g., airline).
1.2. Fly2Syria provides its services with the diligence of a prudent businessperson. The contract of carriage is concluded directly between you and the respective airline. The terms and conditions of the respective airline apply to this contractual relationship.
2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
2.1. Your booking request to us can be made in writing, orally, or electronically (via our website). With your request, you give us a binding order to arrange a contract of carriage with a service provider.
2.2. By completing the booking process by clicking the “Pay Now” button, you make a binding offer to conclude a contract of carriage. You are bound by this offer.
2.3. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance of your offer, which takes place in the form of an electronic booking confirmation by email. This contains all essential data of your trip.
3. Traveler's Obligations
3.1. The traveler is obliged to check all contractual documents (especially the booking confirmation) for accuracy immediately upon receipt and to inform us of any discrepancies (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect dates) without delay.
3.2. The traveler must provide us with all information required for the booking (e.g., correct names as per passport, dates of birth, contact details) completely and truthfully. The traveler is liable for any disadvantages resulting from incorrect information.
3.3. The traveler is solely responsible for complying with all passport, visa, customs, foreign exchange, and health regulations. We strongly recommend that you check the current regulations of the destination country with the responsible authorities before you travel.
4. Payment Conditions
4.1. The total price shown on the booking confirmation is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4.2. Payment is processed through our external payment service provider, Stripe. Your payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
5. Cancellation, Rebooking, and Refund
Cancellation and Refund: The brokered flight tickets are subject to the fare conditions of the airline. As a rule, the fares we offer are non-refundable. Cancellation with a refund of the ticket price is therefore generally excluded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Rebooking: If the airline's fare conditions permit, it is possible to rebook to another flight date, subject to availability. A rebooking fee of €100 per person and per flight segment will be charged for this. In addition, any fare difference to the new flight must be paid by the traveler.
5.3. All rebooking or cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to our customer service.
6. Liability
6.1. Fly2Syria is liable for the proper mediation of the travel service with the diligence of a prudent businessperson. This includes the careful selection of the service provider and the correct transmission of information and booking data.
6.2. Fly2Syria is not liable for the provision of the mediated service itself. The respective airline is solely liable for the performance of the flight (e.g., flight time changes, cancellations, loss of luggage).
6.3. Our liability for contractual claims for damages that are not bodily injuries is limited to three times the travel price, provided that the damage was not caused by us intentionally or through gross negligence.
7. Data Protection
Information on the collection and processing of your personal data can be found in our separate Privacy Policy .
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Austrian law shall apply.
8.2. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
8.3. Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
